What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON
THE HILLINGDON (WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. 24) ORDER 2023
THE HILLINGDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS)
TRAFFIC ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO. 7) ORDER 2023
THE HILLINGDON (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2022 (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2023

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 24th February 2023 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Adjacent to No. 37 & 39 Salisbury Road, Eastcote
ii) Outside No. 164 Ryefield Avenue, Hillingdon
iii) Outside No. 25 Tudor Road, Hayes
iv) Opposite No. 21 Brambles Farm Drive, Hillingdon
3. Remove the redundant disabled parking bay outside No. 170 Rowan Road, West Drayton.
4. Introduce a no stopping school keep clear marking outside the entrance to ACS Hillingdon International School, Vine Lane, Hillingdon operational ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 6th March 2023 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
