Ar 8 Mawrth 2022, roedd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn yn effeithiol am gyfnod o chwe mis yn dechrau ar 14 Mawrth 2022 sy'n atal cerddwyr rhag defnyddio'r hawliau tramwy a nodwyd yn yr Atodlen isod. Y rheswm dros gau yw caniatdu ar gyfer gwaith adeiladu datblygiad newydd.

Nid oes llwybr arall ar gael.

Mae'r Gorchymyn presennol yn dod i ben ar 14 Mawrth 2023 ond er mwyn parhau a'r gwaith hwn mae wedi'i ymestyn am gyfnod o 6 mis arall tan 14 Medi 2023, gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru yn defnyddio pwerau o dan adran 15(5) Deddf 1984 (fel y diwygiwyd gan y Ddeddf Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991).

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

On 8th March 2022, Denbighshire County Council made an Order effective for a six month period commencing from 14th March 2022 which prohibits pedestrians from using the rights of way stated in the Schedule below. The reason for the closures is to allow for the construction of a new development.

There is no alternative route available.

The current Order expires on 14th March 2023 but to facilitate the continuation of the works this has been extended by a further 6 month period until 14th September 2023, with the approval of the Welsh Ministers using powers under section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991).
