NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of February 2023 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from the 23rd day of February 2023 to regulate traffic in Constantine, Garras and St Keverne. The effect will be to make permanent the current experimental restrictions on waiting and stopping along the lengths of road specified below.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks from the 14th day of February 2023, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

CONSTANTINE
No stopping at any time on School Keep Clear markings

Brillwater at access to Constantine School.

GARRAS
No waiting at any time
St Keverne Road sections from junction with Higher Lane to point opposite Garras School.

ST KEVERNE
No stopping at any time on School Keep Clear markings School Hill at access to St Keverne School.

No waiting at any time
Back Lane at junction with High Street; High Street from junction with The Square to The Old Police House; School Hill outside Dynargh and St Keverne Library.

No waiting Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

School Hill from access to The Old Forge to No 10 Tregellast Close.
