Herefordshire, Multiple Temporary Road Closures due to Resurfacing Works

NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, Intend, under Its relevant powers, to make the following Order:

BB Resurfacing Works March 23 Part 2 (TTR023-416), Herefordshire, Temporary Closure Order 2023, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the roads shown in schedule 1 of the Order. The diversion routes for each closure will be signposted locally.

The said closures are required due to resurfacing and drainage works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.

The said Order will come into force on the 6th March 2023 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months over 4 weeks in the duration for each location as shown In Schedule 1 of the Order.
