TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

THE BISHOPS AVENUE N2

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the demolition of existing residential building and the construction of new residential building, they have made an Order which will:

(a) temporarily introduce a length of waiting and loading restrictions operating Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm on the east side of The Bishops Avenue N2, from a point 31 metres south of the southern kerbline of Canon Close and a point 94 metres south of the southern kerbline of Canons Close, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce a length of waiting and loading restrictions operating Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm on the west side of The Bishops Avenue N2, from a point 31 metres south of the southern kerbline of Canon Close and a point 94 metres south of the southern kerbline of Canons Close, while the works take place.

The Order will commence at 8.00am on Tuesday 28th February 2023 and is expected to last for 6 months.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Civil Enforcement Officer or Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
