(Amendment No. 31) (Station Road) Order 202$

Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections (1, 2, 3, 4, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 61, 63, 64 and Part IV of Schedule 9) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with (Part III of Schedule 9) to the Act the effect of which will be to:

Implement a prohibition of waiting at any time on Station Road, Cambridge, north side from a point 53m east of its junction with Tenison Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 67metres.

A consolidation of the existing traffic regulation order in force will occur for which there will be no changes to the existing streetscape to enable ease of administration.

The draft Order, together with a map showing the roads and lengths of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the office of the undersigned and at the office of Stanton House, Stanton Way, Huntingdon PE29 6PY during normal office hours.

Objections to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made or any additional comments, must be sent in writing to the undersigned or by email to policyandregulation@ cambridgeshire.gov.uk by 17th March 2023 quoting reference PR0915. Comments will be used as part of our consultation process and may be published, anonymised, in reports to Committees.
