Fernshaw Road - Temporary Road Closure For Utility Works
What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES FERNSHAW ROAD
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea intends to make an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR UTILITY WORKS.
Fernshaw Road, to be closed at the junction of Fulham Road. To be closed from 07.00hrs until 12.00noon on Tuesday 7th March 2023 or until such time as these works are completed.
Diverted through traffic may use Fulham Road, Edith Grove Edith Terrace, Fernshaw Road, or Fernshaw Road, Edith Terrace Gunter Grove, Fulham Road.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
