What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984- SECTION (14.1)
The council of the London Borough of Enfield intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below
CHURCH STREET N9 - 3857
Reason for 14(1) Order -Thames Water works

Operational Dates: 27 February 2023 for 5 days or until the works are completed. | General effect of the Order would be to suspend parking "At any Time" and close Lonsdale Drive between Nos. 2a and 4. While the road is closed the diversion route would be via Merryhills Drive, Brayton Gardens back into Lonsdale Drive and vice versa. |

Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water works
Operational Dates 27 February 2023, for 13 Weeks or until the works are completed. | General effect of the Order would be to: suspend parking, waiting and loading "At any time" on both sides of the road on: • Chase Road between Nos. 122 and 200; |
• Chelmsford Road and Charter Way, from | |

Reason for 14(1) Order - Gas Works
Operational Dates: 27 February 2023, for 5 days or until the works are completed. | General effect of the Order would be to Close Downes Court at its junction with Broad Walk and suspend parking " at any time" on both sides of the road, on Broad Walk between Nos. 70 and 76 and on Seaforth Gardens from its junction with Broad Walk for approximately 50 metres. While the road closure is in place the diversion route would be Broad Walk Woodcraft, Woodland Way and vice versa. |
Reason for 14(1) Order - essential BT works
Operational Dates: 28 February for 1 Night or until the works are completed. | General effect of the Order would be to close Powys Lane at its junction with Bowes Road N13. While the closure is in place the diversion route would be via Bowes Road, Green Lanes, Broomfield Lane and Wilmer Way N13. |
Reason for 14(1) Order - essential highway works
Operational Dates: 27 February for 6 weeks or until the works are completed. | General effect of the Order would be to: • suspend parking on Victoria Road between Nos 2 and 60 on both sides of the road; • Close Park Road between its junctions with Victoria Road and Liberty Close.. While the closure is in place the diversion route would be via Silver Street, Sterling Way, Fore Street, Church Street, Victoria Road, Park Lane, Sweet Briar Walk (vice versa) these works will be on a phased programme. |
