Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Yr A483 (Ffordd Osgoi Newbridge, Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam) (Gwaharddiadau A Chyfyngiadau Traffig Dros Dro) 202-

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ymhen dim llai na 7 niwrnod i ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn. Mae angen y Gorchymyr arfaethedig er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A483, neu gerllaw iddi, wrth Ffordd Osgoi Newbridge, Bwrdeistref Siral Wrecsam.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd:

i. gwahardd dros dro pob cerbyd (ac eithrio'r rhai a ddefnyddir gan y gwasanaethau brys neu ar gyfer y gwaith), beicwyr a cherddwyr rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A483 rhwng ganolbwynt Cyffordd 1 (Cyfnewidfa Rhiwabon) ac ochr ogleddol Cylchfan Halton.

Y llwybr arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd o Gylchfan Halton fydd dilyn yr A5 tua'r gorllewin i Langollen a'r A539 tua'r dwyrain i Riwabon: i'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r de o Gyffordd 1. Gall y dargyfeiriad hwn newid yn ystod oes y Gorchymyn ond bydd arwyddion ffyrdd yn dangos yr holl Iwybrau dargyfeiriol.

ii. gosod terfyn cyflymder o 50 mya, 40 my, 30 mya neu 10 mya dros dro ar y darn o'r A483 a ddisgrifir uchod. Dim ond pan fydd gwaith confoi yn digwydd y bydd y terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya yr gymwys ac ni chaniateir goddiweddyd ar yr adegau hyn.

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym am 06:00 o'r gloch ar 1 Mawrth 2023. Disgwylir i'r gwaharddiadau a'r cyfyngiadau dros dro weithredu yn ysbeidiol o 1 Mawrth 2023 am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf. Bydd hysbysiad am yr holl waith sy'n cael ei wneud yn ystod y cyfnod hwn yn cael ei arddangos cyn i'r gwaith ddechrau.

The A483 Trunk Road (Newbridge Bypass, Wrexham County Borough) (Temporary Traffic Prohibitions & Restrictions) Order 202-

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A483 trunk road at Newbridge Bypass, Wrexham County Borough.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to temporarily:

i. prohibit all vehicles (other than those being used by the emergency services or for the works), cyclists and pedestrians from proceeding along the length of the A483 trunk road between

Junction 1 (Ruabon Interchange) and the northern side of Halton Roundabout. The alternative route for northbound traffic from Halton Roundabout will be via the westbound A5 to Llangollen and eastbound A539 to Ruabon: vice versa for southbound traffic from Junction 1. This diversion may change during the lifetime of the Order but all diversion routes will be signed accordingly.

ii. impose a 50 mph, 40 mph, 30 mph or 10 mph speed limit on the length of the A483 described above. The 10 mph speed limit will only apply during convoy working and no overtaking will be permitted at such times.

The Order will come into force at 06:00 hours on 1 March 2023. The temporary prohibitions and restrictions are expected to operate on an intermittent basis from 1 March 2023 for a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice of all works being undertaken during this period will be displayed prior to their commencement.
