(KEELMAN’S WAY SCHOOL, HEBBURN) ORDER 2022
On 25 January 2023 South Tyneside Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order, which comes into operation on 27 February 2023 will introduce No Waiting At Any Time on Access Rd to Early Excellence Centre from Campbell Park Rd (Keelman’s Way School) west side from a point 44m northeast of its junction with Campbell Park Rd in a north westerly direction for 44m and east side from a point 59m northeast of its junction with Campbell Park Rd in a northerly direction for the entire length of the eastern kerb line for 80m and also introduce School Entrance Markings Mon to Fri 8am-5pm on Access Rd to Early Excellence Centre from Campbell Park Rd(Keelman’s Way School) north side from its junction with Campbell Park Rd in a north easterly direction for 43.56m and south side from its junction with Campbell Park Rd in a north easterly direction for 25.56m and from a point 25.66m northeast of its junction with Campbell Park Rd in a north easterly direction for 25.56m.
Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the Town Hall at the address below. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any of the requirements of the Act or of any relevant regulations made under the Act have not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 25 January 2023 when the Order was made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
