(HARP ROAD, QUARMBY, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Harp Road, Quarmby from its junction with Quarmby Road to its junction with Longwood Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Longwood Road, Quarmby Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 27th February 2023 and remain in force until 31st March 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(YEW TREE ROAD, BIRCHENCLIFFE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Birchencliffe, Huddersfield:-
Road Closure
Yew Tree Road - from its junction with Halifax Road to its junction with Weatherhill Road
Point Closures
The following roads at their junction with Yew Tree Road:- Birchington Drive, Lindley Avenue
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Halifax Road, Birchington Avenue, Weatherhill Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 27th February 2023 and remain in force until 31st March 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(WELLFIELD ROAD, MARSH, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Wellfield Road, Marsh from its junction with Carr Street to its junction with New Hey Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via New Hey Road, Smiths Avenue, Carr Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 27th February 2023 and remain in force until 31st March 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(FOREST ROAD, DALTON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Forest Road, Dalton from its junction with Almondbury Bank to its junction with Greenhead Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Almondbury Bank, Bank End Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 27th February 2023 and remain in force until 31st March 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(GEORGE STREET, LINDLEY, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of George Street, Lindley from its junction with Whitteron Close for approximately 40 metres in a northerly direction PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of George Street, East Street, Lidget Street, Holly Bank Road.
It is intended that the closure will operate on Wednesday, 15th February 2023 between 08:00 - 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(GRANGE STREET, MARSDEN, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Grange Street, Marsden from a point approximately 20 metres east of Grange Cottages to a point approximately 20 metres west of Grange Cottages PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Grange Street, Dirker Avenue, Plains Lane, Marsden Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday, 15th February 2023 and remain in force until 16th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(HOLMFIELD ROAD, CLAYTON WEST, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Holmfield Road, Clayton West from a point outside house no. 10 to a point outside house no. 12 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Holmfield Road, Holmfield Close, High Street, Church Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 14th February 2023 and remain in force until 15th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(GLEDHOLT ROAD, GLEDHOLT, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of Gledholt Road, Gledholt at a point outside house no. 20 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Gledholt Road, Greenhead Road, Park Avenue, Trinity Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on Sunday, 12th February 2023 between 07:30 - 19:30 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(KINGSTON AVENUE, DALTON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Kingston Avenue, Dalton from its junction with Grosvenor Road to its junction with Mayfield Avenue PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Grosvenor Road, Mayfield Avenue, Dalton Green Lane, White Rose Avenue, Grosvenor Road and vice versa.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Jagger Lane, Honley from its junction with Roundway to its junction with Westgate PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Moorbottom, Roundway, the unaffected length of Jagger Lane.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13th February 2023 and remain in force until 14th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(RIDINGS FIELDS/STEEP RIDING, BROCKHOLES, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Ridings Fields/Steep Riding, Brockholes from its junction with Brockholes Lane to the end PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
There is no alternative diversionary route available. Access maintained for residents and Emergency Service Vehicles only.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13th February 2023 and remain in force until 24th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(LEEDS ROAD, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Leeds Road, Huddersfield from its junction with Southgate to its junction with Lower Fitzwilliam Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Southgate, Lower Fitzwilliam Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Sunday, 12th February 2023 and remain in force until 19th February 2023 between 19:30 - 06:00 hours each day (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SOUTHGATE/UNNA WAY, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Huddersfield:-
Road Closures
Southgate - from its junction with Shorehead Roundabout to its junction with Lower Fitzwilliam Street
Unna Way - from its junction with Southgate to its junction with Castlegate
Point Closures
The following roads at their junction with Southgate:- Leeds Road, Northumberland Street, St Peter’s Street
No Left Turn
Kirkgate - no left turn from Kirkgate onto Southgate
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Castlegate, Queensgate, Shorehead Roundabout and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Sunday, 12th February 2023 and remain in force until 19th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(CARTWORTH ROAD, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cartworth Road, Holmfirth from its junction with Royd Mount to its junction with Ward Bank Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Cartworth Road, Lamma Well Road, Cartworth Bank Road, Gill Lane, Stony Gate, Hill House Road, Brow Lane, Cemetery Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13th February 2023 and remain in force until 15th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(LIPHILL BANK ROAD, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Liphill Bank Road, Holmfirth from its junction with Burnlee Road to a point at entrance to car park of Farmers Arms PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Huddersfield:-
Castlegate - from its junction with Unna Way to its junction with Castlegate
Unna Way - from its junction with Castlegate to its junction with Leeds Road
Oxford Road - from its junction with Green Street to its junction with Bradford Road
Green Street - from its junction with Oxford Road to its junction with Castlegate
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13th February 2023 and remain in force until 27th February 2023 between 22:30 - 05:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY DEN/149/10, SCISSETT, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the bridleway has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on foot, cycle or on horseback or lead a horse in that length of Public Bridleway DEN/149/10, Scissett from its junction with Pilling Lane to its junction with Public Footpath DEN/31/20 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.
Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via Pilling Lane, DEN/107/20, DEN/31/10, DEN/31/20 and vice versa.
Alternative routes for equestrian/cycles affected by the closure will be available via Pilling Lane, Pennine Way, Wakefield Road, DEN/102, DEN/31 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 14th February 2023 and remain in force until 9th May 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 6 months if necessary).
(HOLME LANE/COP HILL SIDE/OLD GROUND, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Holme Lane/Cop Hill Side/Old Ground, Slaithwaite from its junction with Nabbs Lane to its junction with Coal Gate PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Huddersfield:-
One Way Traffic
Northumberland Street - in an easterly direction from its junction with Lord Street to its junction with Southgate
No Left Turn
Southgate - into Northumberland Street from Southgate
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

It is intended that the closure will commence at 05:31 hours on Wednesday, 15th February 2023 to follow on from the expiry of the Emergency Notice dated 24th January 2023 and will remain in force until 28th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(LEEDS ROAD, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Huddersfield:-
Road Closure
Leeds Road - from its junction with Barr Street to its junction with St Andrew’s Road
Point Closures
The following lengths of road at their junction with Leeds Road:- Canal Street, Vine Street
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Leeds Road, Bradley Road, Bradford Road, Northgate, Southgate and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13th February 2023 (between 22:30 to 05:30 hours each day) to follow on from the expiry of the Emergency Notice dated 18th January 2023 and will remain in force until 18th February 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
