What is happening?

(A736 LOCHLIBO ROAD, BURNHOUSE) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT AND AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023

On Wednesday 1st February 2023, North Ayrshire Council made the above-named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order which comes into operation on Wednesday 29 March 2023 was advertised in the Ardrossan and Saltcoats Herald on the Wednesday 8th February and the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice.

Copies of the Order are available for inspection during normal working hours Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of:-

Neighbourhood Services (Roads), North Ayrshire Council, 3rd Floor East, Cunninghame House, Irvine KA12 8EE

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the Wednesday 8th February apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
