HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:
(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTPATH SITUATED BETWEEN NO.4 AND NO.6 LEA GROVE, BISHOPS STORTFORD) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between No.4 and No.6 Lea Grove, Bishops Stortford from its junction with Lea Grove north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Collins Cross (“the Footpath”), a distance of approximately 39m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east and north sides of Lea Grove, the footpath situated on the west side of Lea Close, the footpath situated between No.7 and No.8 Lea Close and the footway situated on the south and east sides of Collins Cross.
The Order is needed because the installation of new underground electricity cables is proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 February 2023 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF KETTLE GREEN LANE, MUCH HADHAM) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Kettle Green Lane, Much Hadham from its junction with B1001 Widford Road north westwards to its junction with Walnut Close, a distance of approximately 73m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via B1004 (Widford Road/Medcalf Hill/High Street/Ware Road), C41 (unnamed road), 3U151 (unnamed road), Cold Christmas Lane and Kettle Green Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 February 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STATION ROAD, SAWBRIDGEWORTH) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Sawbridgeworth from a point 443m south east of its junction with The Leat north eastwards for a distance of approximately 40m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Station Road, A1184 (London Road/Bonks Hill/Harlow Road/Cambridge Road), A414 (unnamed road), B183 (Mandela Avenue/Gilden Way/Sheering Road/Harlow Road/The Street/(unnamed road), A1060 Stortford Road, Sawbridgeworth Road, Hatfield Heath Road and Station Road.
The Order is needed because works to replace wheel timbers are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 February 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Mangrove Road, Hertford from its junction with Greencoates south eastwards, south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Oak Grove, a distance of approximately 893m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Mangrove Road, A414 London Road, B1197 (London Road/Hertford Road), A1170 Amwell Street, Amwell Street, Pauls Lane, Taverners Way, Lord Street, Goose Green Lord Street, Mangrove Lane and Mangrove Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 February 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

An alternative route will be via B1038 (unnamed road), B1368 (unnamed road) and Worsted Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telephone pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
