HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffli, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffg Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:-
Cam 1: National Road, o’r gyffordd â Fferm Liliwen am bellter o tua 500 metr i gyfeiriad y gorllewin, a
Cam 2: Ffordd fynediad Is-orsaf Cilfynydd, am bellter o tua 200 metr i gyfeiriad y gorllewin.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 20 Chwefror 2023 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 13 Mawrth 2023.
Bydd arwyddion yn dangos llwybrau amgen.
Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith torri coed.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar Cobra Traffc Management.

National Road and Llanfabon Road, LlanfabonTemporary Prohibition of Driving Order 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffc Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:-
Phase 1: National Road from its junction with Liliwen Farm for a distance of approx. 500 metres in a westerly direction and
Phase 2: Cilfynydd Substation access road for a distance of approx. 200 metres in a westerly direction.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 20th February 2023 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is expected the works will be completed by 13 March 2023.
Alternative routes are via signed route.The reason for making the Order is to allow for tree cutting works.
The Order is required by Cobra Traffc Management.
