Rhoddir RHYBUDD trwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud Gorchymyn ar 2 dydd o fis I Chwefror 2023 yn unol a'i bwerau dan Adrannau 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101, 102, 124 a rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Rheoli Traffig y Ffyrdd 1984 ("y Ddeddf) fel y'i diwygiwyd, darpariaethau Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ("Deddf 2004"), a holl bwerau galluogi eraill y Ddeddf. Mae'r Gorchymyn yn diwygio ymhellach "Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Penfro (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Fannau Parcio, Aros a Llwytho) (Cydgrynhoi) 2011" ac amrywiadau dilynol, ac yn cyflwyno cyfyngiadau aros newydd, amrywio ac/neu ddiddymu cyfyngiadau aros sy'n bodoli eisoes ar y darnau o'r ffyrdd hynny a restrir yn yr Atodlen a gysylltir a hyn. Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 13eg dydd o fis Chwefror 2023 a gellir cael copi o'r Gorchymyn, ynghyd 3 mapiau'n dangos y darnau o ffyrdd yr effeithir arnynt, o'r Adran Draffig drwy e-bostio Traffic@pembrokeshire.gov.uk Caiff unrhyw unigolyn sy'n dymuno codi cwestiwn dros ddilysrwydd y Gorchymyn hwn neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar sail nad yw o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf neu ar y sail bod unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf nad ydynt yn cydymffurfio 3 hwy mewn perthynas S'r Gorchymyn, o fewn chwe wythnos o'r dyddiad a wnaed y Gorchymyn wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

(Prohibition And Restriction Of

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 2nd day of February 2023 Pembrokeshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1,2,4, 32, 35,45, 46,49, 53,101,102,124 and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act) as amended, the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act"), and of all other enabling powers of the Act. The Order further amends the "Pembrokeshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 and subsequent variations, and will introduce new or amend existing restrictions on those lengths of road as contained in the Schedule hereto. The Order will come into operation on the 13th day of February 2023 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the lengths of road affected can be obtained from the Traffic Section by e-mailing Traffic@pembrokeshire.gov.uk

Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
