The County of Cornwall (Road From Newgate To Conce, Bugle) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th February 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bugle. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th February 2023 to 28th February 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Newgate To Conce, Bugle between Conce Cottage and Green Acres.

Pedestrian and Vehicular access will be maintained to properties.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction South East Of Lower Grogley To Ruthernbridge, Road From Junction East Of Great Grogley To Bosneives Road, Road From Bosnieves Road ToPenosivvi, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for works to patching and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th March 2023 to 10th March 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 
Road(s) affected - Road From Junction South East Of Lower Grogley To Ruthernbridge, Road From Junction East Of Great Grogley To Bosneives Road, Road From Bosnieves Road To Penosivvi, Bodmin between Tregawne Farm and Ruthernbridge.

The County of Cornwall (Sawles Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th February 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for trenching works to overlay HV cable and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th February 2023 to 14th March 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Sawles Road, St Austell between opposite No 39 and junction on Pentewan Road.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 12th January 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From St Stephens Road To Truro Road Sticker between junction at Truro Road and Glenleigh Park.

The Order which commenced on the 22nd December 2022 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 31st March 2023.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfed that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difculties and the Order is needed due to sinkhole in carriageway.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

The County of Cornwall (Station Road, St Blazey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Blazey. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair kerbs and footways and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th March 2023 to 17th March 2023. 
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Station Road, St Blazey for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th February 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for essential cleaning of South West Water sewer pipes and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd February 2023 to 24th February 2023. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road afected - Towan Blystra Road, Newquay between junction on Tretherras Road and junction on Duke’s Way.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow. This prohibition is necessary for works to locate and clean carriageway boxes and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th March 2023 to 8th March 2023. 
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 
Road afected - Tregolds Lane, Padstow between grid references SW 88504:72442 and SW 88548:72802.

Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being Tregolds Lane, Road From Harlyn Road To Sanders Hill, Padstow between grid references SW 88498: 72438 and SW 88545:72770 for approximately 700 metres. The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works to locate and clean carriageway boxes are being executed on or near the road,The Order will come into operation on 6th March 2023 and the works are expected to be completed by the 8th March 2023. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th February 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for works to erect scafoding and re rendering and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th February 2023 to 20th March 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours per day, weekends included.
Road afected - Trenance Road, St Austell between No 28 and No 29.
