Crow Lane, Chesterfield Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
CROW LANE, CHESTERFIELD
WHEN: 12th February 2023 to 13th February 2023 (23:00 to 06:00)
WHERE: Crow Lane, Chesterfield between its junction with Piccadilly Road to the access for Chesterfield Rail Station.
REASON: To facilitate rail bridge inspection works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Piccadilly Road, A632 to Lordsmill Interchange, B6543 to Donut Interchange, Brewery Street, Malkin Street, Crow Lane (to point of closure) and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
