DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a fydd yn para chwe mis ar y mwyaf.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau’r rhan ganlynol o’r llwybr dros dro:
Llwybr Troed 3 Hirwaun
Y rhan o Lwybr Troed 3 Hirwaun sy’n dechrau yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol 298499, 206774 ac sy’n parhau i gyfeiriad y gorllewin am 180 metr gan orffen yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol 298672, 206753.
Llwybr amgen
Yn ystod y cyfnod pan fydd y llwybr troed ar gau, caiff aelodau’r cyhoedd eu cynghori i ddilyn y llwybr amgen dros dro sy’n cael ei ddarparu gan Future Valleys Construction
Mae angen cau’r llwybr troed oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith adeiladu rhan newydd o Ffordd Blaenau’r Cymoedd, yr A465.
Mae disgwyl i’r llwybr troed fod ar gau yn ystod y dyddiadau canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:
• O 20 Chwefror 2023 am gyfnod o 6 mis

(FOOTPATH 3 HIRWAUN)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following section of path:-
Footpath 3 Hirwaun
That part of Footpath 3 Hirwaun that commences at NRG 298499, 206774 and proceeds west for 180 metres to terminate at NGR 298672, 206753
Alternative Route
During the period of the closure, members of the public are advised to follow the temporary alternative path provided by Future Valleys Construction
The closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public during the construction of the new A465 Heads of the Valleys road
The closure is expected to be in operation during the following dates, or until such time as the works have been completed
• From 20th February 2023 for a period of 6 months
