Rhoddir rhybudd trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd, er mwyn cau'r llwybrau troed cyhoeddus canlynol dros dro;

Y rhan o Iwybr troed Gresffordd 3 o'i gyffordd a llwybrau Gresffordd 2 a 4 yn SJ 3404 5437 gan barhau i'r de orllewin am tua 140 metr i gwrdd a'r A483 yn SJ 3396 5431.

Y rhan o Iwybr troed Gresffordd 3 yn cychwyn o'i gyffordd a'r A483 yn SJ 3395 5422 gan barhau i'r de orllewin am tua 620 metr I'w gyffordd a llwybr troed Gwersyllt 49 yn SJ 3370 5369.

Y rhan o Iwybr troed Gwersylft 49 yn cychwyn o'i gyffordd a llwybr troed Gresffordd 3 yn SJ 3370 5369 gan barhau i'r de orllewin am tua 115 metr i'r twnnel yn pasio dan y rheifffordd yn SJ 3362 5360

Llwybr troed Gresffordd XG90 yn cychwyn o'i gyffordd a'r A463 yn SJ 3394 5426 gan barhau i'r de orllewin am tua 20 metr i'w gyffordd a llwybr troed Gresffordd XI yn SJ 3393 5425. Y rheswm dros gau'r llwybrau yw er mwyn gwneud gwaith cynnal a chadw ar yr A483. Nid oes llwybrau amgen ar gael.

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 05 Chwefror 2023 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod o chwe mis, neu gynt os bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, ond ni charff barhau am fwy na 6 mis.

Notice Of Intention To Make An Order Section 14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Wrexham County Borough Council (Gresford Public Footpaths 3 And XG90. And Gwersyllt Public Footpath 49 (Part))

Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily close the following public footpaths: That part of Gresford footpath 3 from its junction with Gresford footpaths 2 and 4 at SJ 3404 5437 and continuing generally south west for approximately 140 metres to meet the A483 at SJ 3396 5431.

That part of Gresford footpath 3 commencing from its junction with the A483 at

SJ 3395 5422 and continuing generally south west for approximately 620 metres

to its junction with Gwersyllt footpath 49 at SJ 3370 5369.

That part of Gwersyllt footpath 49 commencing from its junction with

Gresford footpath 3 at SJ 3370 5369 and continuing generally south west for

approximately 115 metres to the tunnel passing under the railway at SJ 3362 5360.

Gresford footpath XG90 commencing from its junction with the A483 at SJ 3394 5426 and continuing generally south west for approximately 20 metres to its junction with Gresford footpath XI at SJ 3393 5425. The reason for the closure is because maintenance works are being carried out on the A483.There is no suitable alternative route.

The Order will come into force on 05 February 2023 and will continue in force for a period of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum duration of 6 months.
