Walker Road, Portsmouth - Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting
What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Walker Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.31) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 11th February 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
WALKER ROAD
From the junction of Twyford Avenue to outside No. 30 Walker Road.
From the junction of Tipner Road to outside No. 19 Walker Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate City Fibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 11th February 2023 to 19th February or completion of works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
