PUBLIC NOTICE 1:
The following statutory notice of Making is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH 018, MOULSOE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 31st January 2023 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. in order to enable St James Group Ltd to carry out vegetation clearance works, and construction works. from 6th February 2023 – 28th April 2023 (24 Hours).
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily close part of:
Footpath 018, Moulsoe – from its junction with A509 to its junction with Footpath 019, Moulsoe.
Whilst the above length of Footpath is closed there will be no alternative route
The Council is satisfied that the temporary closure Order is necessary to enable works to be carried out on the highway. The temporary Order will come into effect on 6th February 2023 and remain in effect for a period of 12 months and will take effect at times during the above period only when works are required and only when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, which will be erected in advance of any closure.
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed Order except for emergency service vehicles on operational duties.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016). All affected properties will be notified of the forthcoming closures at least one week prior to the works taking place.
Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The following statutory notice of Making is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (SOUTH TERRACE, BLETCHLEY) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 31st January 2023 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along South Terrace, Bletchley from its junction with Albert Street to its junction with Saxon Street. The closure is necessary to enable Winvic to carryout development works and for the safe loading and unloading of materials.
Whilst that part of the road is closed the alternative route will be via Albert Street, Princes Way, Saxon Street (Vice Versa).
The closure will be in place between 6th February 2023 – 6th August 2023 (24 Hours) or when the said works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
The Order will come into effect on 6th February 2023 and will remain in effect for a period of 12 month and will only take effect at times during the above period only when works are required.
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed Order except for emergency service vehicles on operational duties.

The following statutory notice of Making is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (WIMBLINGTON DRIVE, REDMOOR) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 31st January 2023 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. in order to enable Openreach to carry out Laying Duct in Carriageway, Core Drill in a Jointing Chamber works from 6th February 2023 – 8th February 2023 (Between 8:00am and 5:00pm).
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily close part of:
Wimblington Drive, Redmoor – At its junction with Wisetek UK.
Whilst the above length of road is closed the alternative route will be via Merton Drive, Grafton Street, Standing Way (and vice versa).
The Council is satisfied that the temporary closure Order is necessary to enable works to be carried out on the highway. The temporary Order will come into effect 6th February 2023 and remain in effect for a period of 12 month and will take effect at times during the above period only when works are required and only when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, which will be erected in advance of any closure.
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed Order except for emergency service vehicles on operational duties and Residents.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016). All affected properties will be notified of the forthcoming closures at least one week prior to the works taking place.
Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

PUBLIC NOTICE 4:
The following statutory notice of Making is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (REDWAY BG01, BROUGHTON GATE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 31st January 2023 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the above Order will be to close the following lengths of redway:
• Redway BG01, Broughton Gate. – Tanfield Lane to Newport Road.
Whilst the redway is closed the alternative route will be via Milton Rd, Whitehaven Close, Poppy Ave, Newport Road (Vice versa).
The closure is necessary to enable O2 to carry out essential Telecom’s repair / maintenance work on the Telecoms mast with the use of a cherry picker.
The Council is satisfied that the temporary closure Order is necessary to enable works to be carried out on the highway.
The closures will come into effect on 7th February 2023 and will remain in effect for 1 Day (9:30am – 4:30pm) or when the works are complete, whichever is sooner.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016). All affected properties will be notified of the forthcoming closures at least one week prior to the works taking place.
The temporary Order will come into effect on 7th February 2023 and remain in effect for a period of 3 months and will take effect at times during the above period only when works are required and only when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, which will be erected in advance of any closure.
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed Order except for emergency service vehicles on operational duties.
Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

PUBLIC NOTICE 5:
The following statutory notice of Making is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (NEWPORT ROAD (PART), STOKE GOLDINGTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 31st January 2023 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along that part of Newport Road, Stoke Goldington to allow BT Openreach to install new pole.
For the purpose of the above Order, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter, wait in or proceed along the following length of road from 7th February 2023 (Between 9:30am and 3:30pm): -
Newport Road, Stoke Goldington – From its junction with the road to Weston underwood to its junction with Ravenstone Mill Road.
Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for vehicles will be via the road to Weston underwood, Ravenstone Mill Road, High Street, Olney Road, Weston Road, A509, Chicheley Hill, Sherington Road, B526 (Vice Versa)
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed order except for emergency services vehicles on operational duties.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016). All affected properties will be notified of the forthcoming closures at least one week prior to the works taking place.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 7th February 2023 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 3 months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. If the works are not completed within the maximum period stated, a further order may be made.
Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

PUBLIC NOTICE 6:
The following statutory notice of Intent is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH 53, HANSLOPE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council intends, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit any access to and along parts of Footpath 53 Hanslope adjacent to malt Mill Farm. In the interest of public safety and to enable development works to be undertaken.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016).
The temporary closure Order will come into effect on 10th February 2023 and will expire on 10th August 2023 and will only take effect at times during the above period only when required and only when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, which will be erected in advance of any restriction.
Any person committing a breach of the proposed order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

PUBLIC NOTICE 7:
The following statutory notice of Intent is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS FOOTPATHS, HANSLOPE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Its effect will be to temporarily prohibit any access to and along various footpaths in Hanslope, as shown below:
No person shall cause or permit any access to and along the following lengths of footpath: -
• Footpath 01, Hanslope – for approximately 124 meters.
• Footpath 060, Hanslope – From its junction with Footpath 61 to its junction with Footpath 59.
• Footpath 061, Hanslope – for approximately 141 meters
Whilst the footpaths are closed there will be no alternative route.
The Council is satisfied that the temporary footpath closure Order is necessary to ensure the safety of the public whilst construction of a new residential development is undertaken.
The temporary closure Order will come into effect on 14th February 2023 and will expire on 14th August 2023 and will only take effect at times during the above period only when required and only when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, which will be erected in advance of any restriction.
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed Order.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016).
Any person committing a breach of the proposed order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

PUBLIC NOTICE 8:
The following statutory notice of Intent is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (LITTLE LINFORD LANE (PART), NEWPORT PAGNELL) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council intends, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along Little Linford Lane, Newport Pagnell from outside dovecote lakes to approximately 500m southeast, outside depot. To allow for new telecoms pole to be installed.
The above closure will come into effect between 14th February 2023 (Between 9:00am and 4:00pm).
Whilst the above length of road is closed the alternative route (diversion route) will be via Haversham Road, Newport Road, Northampton Road, High Street, Wolverton Road (and vice versa).

PUBLIC NOTICE 9:
The following statutory notice of Intent is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS MILTON KEYNES – THE FESTIVAL OF RUNNING EVENT) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council, intends to make an order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, for the purpose of facilitating the holding of a relevant event, namely the annual Milton Keynes Half Marathon and Festival of Running.
The effect of the Order will be as follows: -
1) To temporarily close parts of Avebury Boulevard (including any car parking area access roads where relevant) and Marlborough Gate in Central Milton Keynes, V7 Saxon Street, H6 Childs Way, H7 Chaffron Way, The Spur Road and Golden Drive in Eaglestone, Waterside in Peartree Bridge, Flaxley Gate in Monkston, Colindale Street in Monkston Park and Tanfield Lane, Milton Road and Swanwick Lane in Broughton.
2) To temporarily prohibit right turn manoeuvres on to V7 Saxon Street from its junctions with H6 Childs Way, H7 Chaffron Way and Fulwoods Drive, Leadenhall and to prohibit right turn manoeuvres onto Saxon Street from Avebury Boulevard in Central Milton Keynes.
The temporary closures and right turn bans will be in effect on Sunday 12th March 2023 (between the hours of 8:00am and 2.00pm. The roads will re-open once the runners have passed through.
There shall be no exemptions from the provisions of the Order other than for emergency services vehicles.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016).
Pedestrian access to premises and properties shall be maintained throughout the closures.
The proposed order will come into operation on Sunday 12th March 2023 at 8:00am and will continue in force until the event is complete.
Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The following statutory notice of Intent is hereby served on 2nd February 2023:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BLETCHLEY) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council intends, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the above Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along the lengths of carriageway detailed below in Bletchley. These closures are necessary to enable SMOPS to carry out excavations and the subsequent installation of cable.
13th February (7pm) – 14th February (6am) 2023
Denbigh Road, Bletchley – Its spur leading to and from Granby Roundabout.
Whilst that part of the road is closed the alternative route will be via Watling Street, Sinclair Court and Denbigh Road (Vice Versa).
14th February – 24th February 2023
Sinclair Court, Denbigh Road, Bletchley (southbound carriageway closure) – From its spur to Watling Street to its junction with Centurion Roundabout.
Whilst that part of the road is closed the alternative route will be via Watling Street, Bletcham Way and northbound on Denbigh Road/Sinclair Court.
19th February (4pm) – 20th February (6am) 2023 and 20th February (8pm) – 21st February (6am) 2023
Centurion Roundabout, Bletchley
Whilst the above carriageway is closed the alternative route will be via Bletcham Way, Denbigh Roundabout, B4034 and Watling Street.
The Order will come into effect on 13th February 2023 and will remain in effect for a period of 12 months and will only take effect at times during the above period only when works are required.
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the proposed Order except for emergency service vehicles on operational duties.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016). All affected properties will be notified of the forthcoming closures at least one week prior to the works taking place.
Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
