(NO WAITING AND 24-HOUR MAIN CARRIAGEWAY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2023

Derbyshire County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be, in respects of roads in the Borough of High Peak:
No Waiting At Any Time
B6061
East side – from a point 120 metres south-west of its junction with Winnats Pass in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 280 metres.
East side – from a point 210 metres north of its junction with Winnats Pass in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 174 metres.
West side – from a point 120 metres south-west of its junction with Winnats Pass in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 188 metres.
West side – from a point 84 metres north of its junction with Winnats Pass in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 171 metres.
West side – from a point 303 metres north of its junction with Winnats Pass in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 84 metres.

North side – from its junction with the B6061 in a westerly direction for a distance of 1082 metres.
South side – from its junction with the B6061 in a westerly direction for a distance of 6 metres.
South side - from a point 95 metres west of its junction with the B6061 in a westerly direction for a distance of 69 metres.
South side - from a point 188 metres west of its junction with the B6061 in a westerly direction for a distance of 97 metres.
South side - from a point 355 metres west of its junction with the B6061 in a westerly direction for a distance of 727 metres.

East side – from its junction with B6061 in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 322 metres.
East side – from a point approximately 370 metres north-east of its junction with B6061 in a northerly, then westerly, then southerly direction to a point on its west side approximately 490 metres north of its junction with B6061. A distance of approximately 230 metres.
West side - from its junction with B6061 in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 39 metres.
West side – from a point approximately 370 metres north of its junction with B6061 in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 25 metres.

East side – from the road closure southwards for a distance of approximately 35 metres around the turning head.
West side – from the road closure southwards for a distance of approximately 35 metres.
North side – Entire length of turning head.
24 Hour Clearway
Unnamed Road, Barber Booth
From its junction with the road leading to Barber Booth in an easterly direction for a distance of 657 metres.
A copy of the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the County Councils principal offices known as County Hall on Smedley Street in Matlock between 9am and 5pm on each day from Monday to Friday and on request by emailing Place.PermanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk or calling 01629 538674 until 6 weeks after the Order is made and at Chapel-en-le-Frith Library, Town Hall, Market Square, Chapel-en-le-Frith, SK23 0HP between 9:30am and 12pm Mondays, 9:30am and 5pm Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:30am and 7pm Thursdays, 9:30am and 12:30pm Saturdays.
All objections and other representations to the proposal must (a) be in writing (b) state the grounds on which it is made and (c) provide a name and address for contact purposes (d) be sent to the Executive Director – Place, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock DE4 3AG (For Attention of Traffic and Safety Team quoting reference Z3312) or email Place.PermanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk by Friday 10th February 2023.
