Drayton Road Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting

Portsmouth City Council (Drayton Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting)(No.18) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 24 th January 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, LOADING AND WAITING
DRAYTON ROAD
Outside No. 99.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate water works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 24 th January 2023 to 27 th January 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
