What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
PART OF BROOM VALLEY ROAD SERVICE ROAD BROOM VALLEY ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of
this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that
part of Broom Valley Road service road from outside house no. 74 to outside house no. 92 Broom Valley Road
from Monday 16th. January until Friday 24th March 2023.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route will be via Broom Valley Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the
road (Resurfacing of footway and carriageway).
