DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY BRIDLEWAY CLOSURE ORDER: PUBLIC BRIDLEWAYS
NO.38 HARTINGTON NETHER
QUARTER TO NO.24 NEWTON GRANGE
WHEN: 9th January to 10th February 2023
WHERE: Close Public Bridleways No.38 Hartington Nether Quarter, No.15 Eaton & Alsop & No.24 Newton Grange (known as Tissington Trail).
REASON: To facilitate resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No alternative route is recommended. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of bridleway, which will remain open during weekends.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire 01629 533190.
The County Council Intend to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
