Temporary Road Closure - Palterton Lane, Sutton Scarsdale
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
PALTERTON LANE, SUTTON SCARSDALE
WHEN: 10th January 2023 to 13th January 2023
WHERE: Palterton Lane, Sutton Scarsdale between a point 100 metres east of its junction with Shire Lane for a distance of 100 metres in an easterly direction.
REASON: To facilitate electricity supply connection works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Palterton Lane (from point of closure), Carr Lane, Main Street, Rylah Hill,M1 J29 Interchange, A6175, Slack Lane, Mansfield Road, Shire Lane, Palterton Lane (to point of closure) and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
