What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ORDER
TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 51 BUXTON
WHEN: 19th December 2022 to 18th June 2023.
WHERE: Close Footpath 51 from 80 metres south west of the A515 and around Foxlow Farm for 400 metres.
REASON: To enable the housing development to be carried out in accordance with the approved planning permission.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: From the east, follow the fencing around the southern side of the site to the south side of Foxlow Farm. Vice-versa from the west.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of footpath. The footpath will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.
