ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (AS AMENDED) PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 20 (part) KINVER
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on 15th November 2022 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 20 Kinver from a point approximately 180 metres south of its junction with Gibbet Ln and continuing in a generally south – westerly direction for a distance of approximately 41 metres.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) in order to construct a temporary accessroad, for the extension of the current Severn Trent sewage works and of the likelihood of danger to the public using the footpath.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the alternative route provided, the length
of public footpath to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 18th November 2022 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is considered to be over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – DIVERSION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
Littleworth Rd, Cannock. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 15th November 2022 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Littleworth Rd, Cannock.

The Order will come into operation on 18th November 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the defective manhole repair works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Blundies Ln, Enville. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Blundies Ln, Enville. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=131058979. The Order will come into operation on 8th December 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 9th December 2022. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole testing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever isthe earlier.
