What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (AS AMENDED)
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 20 and 100 KINVER TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on 27th September, made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the entire length of Public Footpath No. 20 and 100 Kinver, from its junction with Kidderminster Rd A449 to its junction with Public Footpath Kinver 99.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) in order to construct a temporary access road, for the extension of the current Severn Trent sewage works and of the likelihood of danger to the public using the footpath.
No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed showing the length of public footpath to be closed and
unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on the 3rd October 2022 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is considered to be over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – DIVERSION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
Moor Ln, Pattingham. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 27th September 2022 made an Order the effect of which isto prohibit anyvehicle from proceeding along Moor Ln, Pattingham. The Order will come into operation on 3rd October 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the workswill be completed by 7th October 2022. The Orderwill remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the reconductoring and pole changing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 27 September 2022 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: Sheep Fair, Rugeley from its junction with Lion St to its junction with Church St.

The Order will come into operation on 3 October 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date taking place between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00. It is anticipated theworks will be completed by 14 October 2022. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Staffordshire County Council works for surface dressing preparation, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 3 October 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 7 October 2022. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the South Staffordshire Water works to replace box & lid, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than
seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which
is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: Colliery Rd, Rugeley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=130622306. The Order will
come into operation on 17th October 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21st October 2022. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Openreach works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 17 October 2022 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date taking place between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 22 October 2022. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the McPhillips (Wellington) Ltd works for carriageway surfacing and line marking, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
