Notice under the Trustee Act 1925
Yara UK Pension Fund (the "Fund")

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Fund (the "Trustees") are winding up the Fund. If you have received communication from the Trustees regarding your benefits and/or the wind-up of the Fund within the past 12 months, then you do not need to take any action.

The wind-up of the Fund commenced on 20 October 2026. Anyone who believes that they are a member of the Fund (which was previously called the Hydro Agri UK Pension Fund and, prior to that, the Norsk Hydro Fertilizers Pension Fund), or otherwise has an interest, claim or entitlement under the Fund, and has not otherwise received notification of wind up of the Fund is required to provide details to the Trustees by emailing yara.pensions@aon.com, or in writing to this address:

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, the period during which they worked for Yara UK Limited (see list below for the previous names of this company) or other associated company, if applicable, and any documents supporting their claim.

- Hydro Agri (UK) Limited (30 November 2001 - 25 March 2004)
- Hydro Fertilizers Limited (13 November 2001 - 30 November 2001)
- Hydro Reserve Limited (4 January 2000 - 13 November 2001)
- Hydro Aluminium Extrusion Limited (13 October 1999 - 4 January 2000)
- Eclipsesun Limited (2 August 1999 - 13 October 1999)

Claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this notice. Once two months have elapsed, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Fund amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.

Please note that if you were formerly a member of the following schemes, you may also have an entitlement under the Fund:

- Fisons Pension Fund
- Agri Division of the Norsk Hydro UK 1988 Pension Scheme
- Norsk Hydro UK 1998 Pension Scheme
- Phosyn plc Group Pension Scheme

Please only get in touch if you are no longer a member of one of the schemes in the list above, and you believe that you may have previously transferred to the Fund.
