New Crown Motor Sales Limited Staff Pension Scheme
In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the winding-up of the New Crown Motor Sales Limited Staff Pension Scheme (the Scheme) will shortly be completed.
The Trustee of the Scheme requests that any person who believes they may have a right to any benefits from the Scheme, and who has not already been contacted by the Trustee, provides written particulars of any entitlement they think they might have (including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and copies of any relevant documentation) to:
New Crown Motor Sales Limited Staff Pension Scheme
First Actuarial LLP, 2nd Floor Office, Orton Pavilion, Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FY or peterborough.admin@ firstactuarial.co.uk
Any claim must be submitted to the Trustee by 30 December 2026.
After this date, the Trustee will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and, in doing so, will only have regard to the claims of which it has notice.
The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to it by the date stated in this notice.
