LAND Parkhouse Road West, Chesterton, Newcastle Under-Lyme
Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme intends to dispose of an area of land at Parkhouse Road West, Chesterton, Newcastle under Lyme, the whole demise measuring approximately 2.20 acres (0.89 hectares) of open space. The proposed disposal will be by way of freehold transfer and the land will be used for redevelopment purposes.

Objections to the intended disposal must be in writing and addressed to Council's Deputy Chief Executive (Property Section reference JP), Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1BL by no later than Friday 04 December 2026
