1. The Former Cafe within Centenary Park is all freehold land held by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”).
2. Proposed Occupier to use the premises as a community hub and cafe for participatory and social activities in order to deliver on the charitable objectives of the Tenant.
3. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to grant one lease for both properties.
4. Details of the property can be found on the Council’s website. Appointments to discuss can be made by contacting Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
5. Any objection or representation in respect of the Council’s proposed disposal of the properties must be made in writing to Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
