1. The Former Toilet Block within Roxeth Recreation Ground is all freehold land held by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”).
2. Proposed Occupier to use the premises as a Café in connection with delivering training programmes and workshops providing support to men to help them improve their mental health and wellbeing
3. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to grant one lease for both properties.
4. Details of the property can be found on the Council’s website. Appointments to discuss can be made by contacting Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
5. Any objection or representation in respect of the Council’s proposed disposal of the properties must be made in writing to Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
