DISPOSAL OF AREA OF OPEN SPACE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Warrington Borough Council intends to dispose of an area of open space comprising 64 square metres of land (or thereabouts) at Armstrong Close, Birchwood, Warrington. A plan showing the area of intended disposal can be inspected by prior appointment at 1 Time Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please contact Mr R Pawsey on (01925) 443588. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Helen Kilgannon, Head of Estates and Valuation, Warrington Borough Council, 1 Time Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT by no later than Noon on 19th November 2026.
