TAKE NOTICE that DARREN DAVIS, the Personal Representative of Wesley Davis deceased late of 16 Mountain Road, Lack, County Fermanagh, BT93 0AS has applied to the Land Registry to be registered, by virtue of adverse possession, for a declaration that Wesley Davis deceased, was entitled to be registered as full owner of certain land situate at Stranahone, Lack, County Fermanagh as set out on a map which may be inspected at the office of Land Registry at the address shown below.
Any person objecting to the Application should write to the Registrar of Title, 7 Lanyon Plaza, Belfast, BT1 3LP within 28 days of the publication of this notice stating valid grounds of objection. The Application number must be quoted on all correspondence. Unless any objection stating sufficient grounds is so lodged, registration may be affected pursuant to the Application.
