Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Spelthorne intends to dispose, by way of a lease of, a parcel of land at Long Lane Recreation Ground, Cambria Gardens, Stanwell, TW19 7ER which is for identification purposes described in the schedule to this notice and shown edged green on the plan referred to in the schedule.
The plan is available for inspection at the Council Offices Knowle Green, Staines-upon-Thames TW18 IXB by a pre-arranged appointment only or viewed on the Council's website at www.spelthome.gov.uk
This is a formal notice given insofar as the above parcel of land consists or forms part of an open space within the meaning of the above Section, being used for the purposes of public recreation.
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Group Head of Corporate Governance, Spelthorne Borough Council, Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey TW18 IXB to be received no later than by midday on 13 November 2026. Any objections will be considered by the appropriate Officers or Members of the Council.
THE SCHEDULE Land at Long Lane Recreation Ground, Cambria Gardens, Stanwell, TW19 7ER, measuring approximately 66.51 square metres and shown edged green on the plan.
