TAKE NOTICE that CLUSTER CONTRACTS LTD whose registered office is situate at 9 Cluster Road, Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT35 0AR in the County of Armagh will attend at the Magistrates Court sitting at Newry Courthouse on Wednesday 11th November 2026 at 10.30 am to apply for the transfer to us of a Licence at present held by NTH RETAIL LTD whose registered office is situate at 143 Dublin Road, Banbridge Co. Down, BT32 3NT for the premises known as 44, Dundalk Street, Newtownhamilton, Co Armagh being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1)(a) premises in which the business carried on under the Licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising Cluster Contracts Ltd whose registered office is situate at 9 Cluster Road, Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT35 0AR in the County of Armagh to carry on business under the Licence was granted by the Magistrates Court sitting at Newry on the 3rd August 2026 for a period of six months from the date of the Order.
The owner of the premises is Cluster Contracts Ltd.
No alterations such as specified in Article 36 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 have been made to the premises since the Licence was last renewed.
The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
