PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that The Council of the City of Plymouth pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of land at the following locations which is currently held as public open space:
1. Amenity Land off Whin Bank Road, Eggbuckland - 0.445ha (1.098 ac) for social housing redevelopment Plans that show edged red the areas of land to be disposed of can be seen at www.plymouth.gov.uk/legalnotices.
Any objections to the proposed disposals must be made in writing addressed to the Head of Land and Property at the address below or sent to landandproperty@plymouth.gov.uk and must be received by 11th November 2026.
