Flintshire - Proposed Changes to Taxi & Private Hire Licensing Fees

PUBLIC NOTICE

Flintshire County Council, in accordance with the provisions of 70(3) (a)(b) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976 HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that the fees chargeable under the above for the grant of hackney carriage and private hire vehicle licences and private hire operator licences, together with additional costs appertaining to such licences, are proposed to be varied from 1 December 2026 as below:-

Private Hire and Hackney Carriages

A copy of this Notice shall, for a period of twenty-eight days from the date of first publication, be available on the Flintshire County Council website www.flintshire.gov.uk and at Ty Dewi Sant, Ewloe.

Any objections to the proposal to vary the fees must be made by 13 November 2026 to the Licensing Section, Ty Dewi Sant, Ewloe, CH5 3FF, or by email to licensing@flintshire.gov.uk
