ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) 
(GROVE AVENUE, TEIGNMOUTH) ORDER 2026 
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 2/11/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 9/11/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: GROVE AVENUE, TEIGNMOUTH. The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - VIA EXETER RD, EXETER ST, BITTON PARK ROAD. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: 1 JOINT HOLE IN TARMAC FOOTWAY FOR UNDER GROUNDING CABLES.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

Roads affected: B3183 NEW NORTH ROAD & BLACKALL ROAD, EXETER. The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - DIV. 1 - B3183 NEW NORTH ROAD - HELE ROAD - ST DAVIDS HILL - A377 BONHAY ROAD - A377 EXEBRIDGES - A3015 WESTERN WAY - B3212 WESTERN WAY - B3183 WESTERN WAY ROUNDABOUT & VICE VERSA. DIV. 2 - BLACKALL ROAD - PENNSYLVANIA ROAD - YORK ROAD - SUMMERLAND STREET - B3212 WESTERN WAY THEN JOINS DIV. 

1. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RESURFACING.
