Notice is hereby given under the above legal provision that Rochford District Council intends to dispose of the land edged red on the plan at Rochford Reservoir, Bradley Way, Rochford.
The proposed disposal is by way of a lease to Marks Hall Fisheries, for a term of seven years.
If there are any objections, they should be sent to the Council at the address given below within 14 days from the date of this notice. The Council will consider any objections.
