BOOKING FEE:

A booking fee up to a maximum of £8.00 where (1) the hackney carriage is booked in advance (2) the customer is told the amount of the booking fee at the time of the booking and (3) the customer has not cancelled the booking at least 15 minutes prior to the hackney carriage’s attendance at the agreed pick-up point and time.

Any person who wishes to object to any proposed variation as set out in this notice may do so in writing addressed to the undersigned at the address to The Licensing Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, PE21 8QR by MUST BE 28 October 2026. If no objection is received by the above specified date the revised table of fares shall take effect from noon on 05 November 2026. A copy of this notice is deposited at The Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, PE21 8QR, where it can be inspected during office hours.
