TAKE NOTICE that proceedings pursuant to s6 of The Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 were commenced against you by The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (‘SoS’) on 6 April 2026

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on 6 October 2026 the Court ordered that unless you file and serve evidence in answer or in mitigation by 4pm on 27 October 2026 you shall be debarred from relying upon such evidence at a final hearing unless you have obtained prior permission of the Court and that these proceedings shall next come before the Court at the Royal Courts of Justice, Business & Property Division, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 9 March 2027 at 10:30am for a hearing for directions or, if you fail to file and serve evidence in answer or in mitigation by 4pm on 27 October 2026, for uncontested disposal of the application by SoS for an order that you be disqualified from acting as a director or in the management of a limited company.
