Whereas the above Original Petition has been filed before the Hon’ble Family Court, Ernakulam, seeking reliefs in respect of divorce, and the respondent, is required to appear before this Hon’ble Court and answer the claim made in the above petition.
The respondent is hereby informed that the above case is posted for appearance on 13/11/2026 before the Hon’ble Family Court, Ernakulam. The respondent is therefore directed to appear before the Hon’ble Court either in person or through an authorised counsel on the said date and time. In default of appearance, the matter will be proceeded with and disposed of in accordance with law, including exparte proceedings, without any further notice.
