NOTICE OF PUBLIC INQUIRY APPLICATION TO REGISTER LAND AS TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN AT MONXTON, HAMPSHIRE COMMONS ACT 2006 - SECTION 15(1)
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Hampshire County Council to register the land lying to the north-east of the crossroads at High Street, Monxton, as a town or village green. Objections have been received to this application, and a non-statutory public inquiry is being held to hear evidence relevant to the determination of the application.
The Inquiry is due to commence on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at Monxton and Amport Village Hall, Amport Road, Andover SP11 8AW and sit at the following times:
Tuesday 10 November 2026 - 10am to 5pm
Wednesday 11 November 2026 - 10am to 5pm (as required)
Thursday 12 November 2026 - 10am to 5pm (as required)
