1. The resumed hearing of the Claimant’s Part 8 Claim, set out in the Claim Form and N16A Application for Injunction dated 18 September 2024, for a final injunction pursuant to section 222 of the Local Government Act 1972 and section 187B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Will Take Place:
At: Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL in person before a High Court Judge
On: Tuesday 13 October 2026 with a time estimate of 1 day

The Judge and the exact time of the hearing will be published in the High Court Cause List the working day before the hearing.
