NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET ("the Council") proposes to dispose of land at the above property. The land in question is approximately 0.25 acres and is in part currently used as, and forms part of, an open space.
Please email estates.businesssupport@barnet.gov.uk, to request a copy of a plan showing the land. Alternatively, a hard copy is available to view by prior appointment (contact Estates Business Support by email or on 020 8359 3999) at the main reception:
- London Borough Of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.
Before making any further decision on the proposal, the Council will consider any written representations received.
All written representations should be sent to: estates.businesssupport@barnet.gov.uk to arrive no later than 5:00pm on 23 October 2026.
This Notice will be advertised in the local press for two consecutive weeks from 8 October 2026.
