Notice Of Cancellation Pursuant To Section 5 Of The Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of Association for Innate Health Limited (Register no. 5527) the registered office of which is at: 42 Oakdale, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 7QZ, at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
