COTON PARK EAST DESIGN CODE PUBLIC CONSULTATION
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given of the publication of the Coton Park East Design Code for public consultation between 7 October and 4 November 2026.
The draft design code has been produced pursuant to the requirement in the emerging Local Plan (2025-2042) for a design code for employment allocation at Coton Park East. It sets out parameters for the development of the site.
The consultation document can be accessed on the council’s website:

Physical copies are available to inspect at the following locations during normal opening hours:

* Rugby Library and Information Centre, Little Elborow Street, Rugby, CV21 3BZ
Consultation responses can be sent via email to localplan@rugby.gov.uk (with ‘Coton Park East Design Code Consultation’ in the subject line) or by post to: Coton Park East Design Code Consultation, Development Strategy Team, Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21 2RR.
Respondents should include their name and address.
Consultation responses may be made available for public inspection.
